Our concierge service is a cornerstone of the experience at the Willows and Riva Ridge South. Guests can expect contact prior to their visit from the concierge to ensure success in every aspect of your stay in Vail.
The Willows Concierges are available before and during your stay to leverage your local knowledge.
Our concierge can pre-shop groceries and have them in place prior to arrival or receive luggage ahead of time. They can provide advice and make reservations for the transfer from either Denver International or the Vail Eagle Airports. We have excellent knowledge of local restaurants, as visitors to Vail know, short notice reservations are not always available at the most popular restaurants. Want to zip line, horseback ride or explore a local hiking trail? We can help.

Our concierge will receive guests luggage ahead of time and aid guests with return shipping after their stay. All items should be labelled with guest name and shipped to:

Many of our guests arrive by private car and we are happy to arrange this service. Our preferred provider, Big Mountain Transportation, are a long-time Vail operator who provide door-to-door service and has a choice of different sized vehicles. We can also book scheduled shuttle services.
