Riva Ridge South is adjacent to the Willows building (one building closer to town and to the ski lifts. The units are individually owned and consequently individually decorated. Many units have been totally remodeled, while others have been improved gradually. The Riva building has an elevator, underground parking (one space per unit) and access to the Willows concierge. Use of the Willows hot tub is not permitted but our concierge can organize discounted use of local athletic facilities.
